Though sleep and sleep deprivation is a large field, every single one of my picks were recommended by at least two experts. I polled several doctors, scientists, authors and experts in the field on the books they recommend for demystifying the most mysterious 6.8 hours of the day. Must read books about sleep
For most of my life I carried the idea that the more I sleep the less time I have to be productive. It wasn’t after reading this book that I realised the importance of sleeping habits and how many important processes happen in your body while your sleep.
